PLACE

HISTORY

In 2010, Dr. Shakina D. Rawlings founded Jireh’s Place, an organization dedicated to young ladies in need of an adequate support system to help diffuse the daily educational, economic, and social challenges that all too often determine the destiny of our young ladies.
The mission of Jireh's Place is to equip and empower young ladies with the necessary resources and tools for successful living. Jireh's Place believes that each young person is a vital and productive member of society and we work to equip them with the skills necessary to transition from adolescence to adulthood. Jireh's Place values each young lady as purposed and uniquely designed and we strive to meet their individual needs.
