Myesha Harris
Virtual Program Mentor
My name is Myesha Harris and I am an educator in Washington, DC. I graduated from Saint Augustine’s University with my Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. I also received my Master’s degree in Public Relations from Full Sail University. I have been on the Jireh’s Place team since the inception of the first teen program in Alexandria, Virginia.

Tamika George
Alexandria Public Schools Program Mentor
My name is Tamika George and I was born and raised in Arlington, Virginia in a vibrant, Caribbean household. I am a proud alumnus of Howard University where I earned my Bachelor's degree in Sociology with a minor in economics. I also graduated with my Master of Social Work degree from Walden University, and am currently pursuing my Doctorate in Social Work. It was during my senior year at Howard University when I started working with, and fell in love with, Jireh’s Place. After taking a short sabbatical to focus on completing my degree I am proud to be back working with the team that I love and care for so much.


Karla Hodge
Virtual Program Mentor
My name is Karla Hodge and I am a North Carolina native, residing in Maryland. I am a veteran of the United States Air Force, currently working for the Department of Defense as a Senior Analyst. I specialize in administrative technology and am responsible for educating individuals on using progressive systems and applications. I have been a part of Jireh’s Place for approximately four years.

Linda Morrison
My name is Linda Morrison, and as a first-generation college student, I received my Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education from Norfolk State University. I am currently completing my Master’s at Walden University majoring in school counseling. I have been working with Jireh’s Place for two years.
